ITS is a Third-Party Logistics brokerage company.
Customers hire ITS to find carriers that can transport their containers or pallets. ITS profits with the cost difference between what customers pay them vs. what carriers charge them.
Therefore, the more efficient they are in creating shipments and covering loads, the more profitable they are.

We've tested couple wireframes with users. The results shown that most users prefer using this application on a 1920px monitor screen. They also prefer to have smaller fonts and specifically asked us to tighten up the space as much as possible to minimize the scroll.
I was very concern about the usability at first. After visiting ITS office and watch the users do their day to day job with the application, I was able to learn and understand their point of view. I have learned that even though usability is very important, but at the end of the day, user's voice is what actually matters.
